At AVO-Werke, the technical department is responsible for maintenance. A new EAM system was needed because the previous solution was no longer able to meet the challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Completely cover all important asset management processes<\/h2><\/div>

The company was looking for software that not only covered all important asset management processes, but also had a simple user interface that would quickly gain acceptance among employees. Mobile and largely paperless working were further objectives. After thorough consideration, the decision was finally made in 2020 to introduce Ultimo. Together with Ultimo, the solution was adapted to the specific needs of AVO-Werke. Now, much of the configuration can be done independently using the configuration tool.<\/p>\n

Im alten System wurde noch mit mehreren Excel-Listen gearbeitet, um eine \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber Anlagen, Ersatzteile und <\/span>Wartungsstatus zu bekommen. Dies hat sich mit Ultimo komplett <\/span>ge\u00e4ndert: \u201eDas unkomplizierte Auftragsmanagement, die <\/span>\u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Ersatzteilen sowie die <\/span>Einsicht in Dokumentationen mit mobilen Ger\u00e4ten sind nur <\/span>wenige Punkte, die uns die allt\u00e4gliche Arbeit in der technischen <\/span>Abteilung immens erleichtern\u201c, meint Projektleiter Denis Roor.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201eBei Audits m\u00fcssen wir zudem in der Lage sein, z\u00fcgig die angeforderten Informationen bereitzustellen. Seien es <\/span>Sicherheitsdatenbl\u00e4tter eines lebensmittelzugelassenen <\/span>Schmier\u00f6les oder die Dokumentation \u00fcber periodisch angelegte <\/span>Wartungsauftr\u00e4ge einer bestimmten Anlage\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Denis Roor. <\/span>Bei den AVO-Werken sind durch die papierlose und mobile <\/span>Arbeit mit Ultimo alle ben\u00f6tigten Angaben und <\/span>Dokumentationen schnell zur Hand.<\/span><\/p>\n
