2. Telephone interview
Wenn uns gefallen hat, was wir von dir sehen durften, wollen wir natürlich mehr. Ein erstes Kennenlernen findet über das Telefon statt. So bekommen wir noch einen besseren Eindruck von dir – und du natürlich auch von uns.

3. Personal interview | First round
In the third step, we finally get to know each other in person. You will meet Uwe Drücker, who will be conducting the interview with you, as well as the rest of the team and our office.

4. Personal interview | Second round
Now it's time for the finishing touches. You've come this far for a reason. In the second interview, you can get to know Uwe and individual team members better and clarify any final questions. Once there are no more questions, it's time to negotiate the contract.

5. Welcome to the team
Congratulations on your new job! You are now part of DRÜCKER Steuerungssysteme. To help you settle in and find your feet as quickly as possible, you will be assigned a mentor. This person will be your direct contact and will help you get started.
